Developer and seller
CloudLoupe is developed and licensed by Bc. Jiří Wasserbauer, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic, Úlehlova 1082, 696 62 Strážnice, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 75630257, VAT ID CZ8001244306 (“the developer”).
Orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which is the Merchant of Record for all purchases: Lemon Squeezy is the party you buy from, issues the invoice, collects applicable taxes, provides customer service for payment questions and handles refunds. The license to use CloudLoupe is granted by the developer under these terms.
License
- A Personal license lets one person use CloudLoupe on up to 2 Macs they own or use.
- A Family license lets members of one household use CloudLoupe on up to 7 Macs.
- Licenses are a one-time purchase with no expiry. They include updates to CloudLoupe version 1.
- You may move a license to another Mac at any time by removing it from the old one in the app.
- You may not resell, share publicly or circumvent the license.
Demo
The free demo may be used without time limit. It shows all sizes but hides file and folder names and some actions.
Disclaimer
CloudLoupe never deletes files on its own; anything you choose to remove is moved to the Trash. You are responsible for reviewing what you delete and for keeping backups. The software is provided “as is”, without warranty beyond what mandatory consumer law provides. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.
If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz), or the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
